​Tom, the owner of Anderson Realty Partners and a lifelong resident of Stoneham, has been a licensed realtor since 1982. He has extensive knowledge of all areas of real estate, including building, land development, and real estate investments, and he is an owner and manager of several local rental properties. For more than 25 years, Tom has been one of the top-selling agents in the area. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tom has deep ties to the town and surrounding communities. He graduated from Stoneham High School and has been a member of the Stoneham Housing Authority since 2008, serving as chairman since 2013. He coached Stoneham High School baseball for thirteen years and is a former member of the Stoneham High School Athletic Hall of Fame committee. Tom raised his two children in Stoneham and currently resides there with his wife.

Bob joined the Anderson Realty team in 2015 after a career in Global Logistics.  He is a lifelong resident of Stoneham and still lives in the town with his wife and one of his three children.  He is a graduate of Stoneham High as well as Northeastern University (Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration).  Bob has and still does play an active role in the town including youth sports, the high school intern program and is the state appointed member of the Stoneham Housing Authority.  In 2014, Bob was the recipient of the Crystal Apple Award, given annually by the Stoneham School Committee for outstanding contributions to the Stoneham schools.
